CRO position is responsible to achieve or exceed sales targets of assigned products with the provided tools and resources.
1. To manage outgoing calls and customer service queries through calls, sms and live chats (WhatsApp, Facebook). Provide information about product and generate sales leads to achieving customer satisfaction.
2. Follow up to Customers receiving the food supplement and diet plans by ensuring the delivery of products. Maintain /Handle customer’s complaints regarding delivery/Satisfaction. Build close liaison with target customers by follow ups.
3. Continue to improve product knowledge and use it during sales call in order to make call more effective and productive.
4. Any other related task assigned by the management
